All rates are in Australian Dollars.

ASHM Members

ASHM member conference registration discounts are available for registrants of the Australasian Sexual Health Conference and the Australasian HIV&AIDS Conference 2017. Full Financial Members of ASHM and Affiliates (employees and members of a body corporate Sustaining Member) are entitled to the rates listed above.

ASHM Financial Member = An ASHM member who has paid their membership renewal fee for the current year.
ASHM Affiliate Member = ASHM Organisational Sustaining members who have their members join ASHM as affiliate members.

If you register under an ASHM member category and are not a member of ASHM, your registration will be amended to the relevant non-member category and the difference in fees will be payable by you, the delegate, within 2 weeks of notification of the change.

This category includes any pharmaceutical organisation who are NOT sponsoring the conference in any capacity.

Group Organisation Registration Rates

By purchasing this registration (individual conference $1400 early bird / $1500 standard) you will be able to be register as a company, not as an individual. You can share the registration with up to 5 of your colleagues, enabling one person at any one time to attend conference sessions or events. Each registrant will be required to sign in and out the name badge on-site at the conference.

Media Registration

Accredited journalists may attend the conference for free. To apply for media registration you need to:

• Apply for and receive media accreditation
• Complete the registration process

Who is eligible for media accreditation?

Representatives from the following media may apply for media credentials:

• general-circulation newspapers, magazines, or medical publications
• broadcast news media
• community newsletters

Please note that individuals, agents or contractors providing coverage for or being sponsored by industry may not register as media.

What does media registration include?

Free registration to the conference which includes any inclusive social functions. Any auxiliary events that delegates are to pay is to be paid by media representatives as well.

How to apply?

To be accredited, journalists should email info@hivaidsconference.com.au OR info@shconference.com.au with the following:

A letter from their editor, producer, or news director on letterhead with signature OR or a copy of the publication's masthead with the reporter's name listed;

A sample of one recent article or news report;

A letter of assignment (for freelance journalists only) on letterhead with signature;

The Conference may request additional materials if needed to establish the appropriateness of a media outlet or journalist for accreditation. Journalists who meet the press criteria outlined above will be accredited on a space-available basis.
